Content Producer / Meaning Specialist for Katya Guru Project

Remote, full-time, salary individually negotiated. Content producer for personal brand project, responsible for content strategy, sales funnels, and team coordination.

What to do: — Quickly immerse in Katya, the product, and the audience; — Gather meanings and content plan; — Develop warm-up and sales mechanics; — Set tasks for Reels, Stories, and other formats; — Build the semantic part of the auto-funnel; — Prepare structure and meanings for sales live streams; — Coordinate the content team and ensure all elements come together into a unified system and are published on time; — In collaboration with the personal brand manager, find new ideas and strengthen current mechanics; — Prepare and conduct warm-up (from 1st to 8th), then direct sales through content (from 9th to 19th).

— Ability to quickly understand the expert and independently engage in work without a long adaptation period; — Not just write texts, but understand why each content element is published and how it works for warm-up and sales; — Ability to organize implementation through a team; — Relevant experience.
