AZIANO, a sugar-free beverage brand (bubble tea, cold tea with juice), is looking for a Content Producer / Head of Content to develop branded content and personal brand with focus on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Full-time, office-based, salary negotiable.

Develop content strategy and produce content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and VK. Responsibilities: — Track short-video trends and new blog developments. — Adapt trends for the brand and develop individual content strategy. — Create creative formats to grow accounts and brand awareness. — Organize shoots and coordinate the team. — Produce content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, duplicating on VK. — Manage brand social media pages and publish content. — Analyze results and scale effective formats.

— Strong content awareness and understanding of current content trends. — Experience creating viral content and understanding distribution mechanics. — Proven cases of account growth. — Creative thinking and ability to develop individual content strategies. — Willingness to organize shoots and manage content production.

— Work in a Class A office. — Schedule 5/2, full-time. — No combining with other projects. — Salary discussed individually. — Creative team and freedom to test new ideas and formats.
