AZIANO, a sugar-free beverage brand with bubble tea and iced tea with juice, is looking for a Content Producer / Head of Content to develop content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Office in Russia, full-time.

AZIANO is a brand of sugar-free drinks, bubble tea, and iced tea with juice. Products are presented in almost all retail chains in Russia and abroad. The specialist will be responsible for developing content for the company and personal brand with a focus on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities: — Monitor short video trends and new directions in blog development; — Adapt trends to the brand and develop an individual content strategy; — Come up with creative formats for account growth and brand awareness; — Organize shoots and coordinate the team; — Produce content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with duplication on VKontakte; — Manage brand pages on social networks and publish content; — Analyze results and develop effective formats.

— Specialist with developed visual awareness and understanding of current content trends; — Experience in creating viral content and understanding the mechanics of its distribution; — Confirmed cases of account growth; — Creative thinking and ability to develop individual content strategies; — Willingness to organize shoots and manage content production.
