We are PRODIVA LLC - for 7 years we have been independently producing and selling professional hair cosmetics of our own brand PRODIVA ORGANIC (135 SKU) in Russia, both for home care and for salon professionals. We are a nominee of the 'Brand of the Year 2023' award in the professional hair care cosmetics segment. More information about our company is available on our website https://prodiva.ru/ Responsibilities: - Daily production of short videos (reels, shorts, TikTok); - Search and analysis of trending ideas for shooting, adapting them to our niche; - Creation of expert avatars; - Quality control of editing and final presentation of videos; - Analysis of virality metrics and adjustment of content strategy.

Requirements: - Experience in creating viral content on social networks (PORTFOLIO REQUIRED); - Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts algorithms; - Sense of trends and ability to predict viral potential; - Experience working with a team (film crew, editors); - Systematic thinking and ability to build processes; - High speed of work. Will be a plus: - Experience in the hair care niche; - Basic knowledge of neural networks and AI.
