Content Producer / Content Lead

Remote part-time Content Producer/Lead for AI & tech media ecosystem (Telegram, YouTube). Own content direction: topics, hooks, packaging, team. Fixed + bonuses.

We are developing a media and product ecosystem around AI and technologies: Telegram, YouTube, a separate news project, and future launches. We are looking for a person who can gradually take over content as a direction: topics, presentation, packaging, quality, team, and growth. We need not just a scriptwriter or editor, but a person with taste, marketing thinking, and initiative. Tasks: - Choose strong topics and formats. - Come up with hooks and angles. - Create selling headlines for content. - Develop YouTube preview concepts. - Build structure and logic for videos. - Write key materials independently. - Manage and develop Telegram content. - Curate scriptwriters and other executors. - Give clear content tasks. - Edit and strengthen weak materials. - Monitor competitors and trends. - Analyze clickability, retention, and views. - Propose new sections and experiments. - Plan content for product launches. - Strengthen YouTube → Telegram transitions. - Gradually take full responsibility for content.

Real cases in content or marketing. Strong taste and sense of presentation. Understanding of YouTube and its mechanics. Understanding of Telegram and media content. Ability to write vividly and clearly. Marketing thinking and audience understanding. Understanding of hooks, offers, and attention. Ability to work with content analytics. Independence and high initiative. Ability to quickly dive into topics. Confident work with AI tools. Ability to curate other executors. Experience with AI is desirable, but a strong content and marketing brain is more important. Experience with YouTube, launches, funnels, ad creatives, or own media is a big plus. We are not suitable for a person who waits for detailed TOR, writes template texts, or fully relies on ChatGPT without own taste and decisions.
