ICONA, an international women's business club, is looking for a content marketing specialist who is ready to take responsibility for the results. We need someone who can work with a premium audience, reveal the value of the product and expert, write vividly, interestingly, without AI templates. Responsibilities: — Write selling texts: natively and directly; — Create viral scenarios based on the theme and expertise of the expert; — Quickly and clearly set tasks for the editor and technical specialist; — Organically convey the value of the product in almost every post; — Work autonomously, make decisions within your responsibility and focus on results. Tasks: — Create and publish content for Telegram channel and Max: personal, expert, and engaging — 26 posts per month; — Write newsletters to the database — 3 times a week; — Prepare 34 posts/carousels and reels per month, set tasks for editing and design; — Develop overall warm-up outlines: engaging the audience, revealing product value, addressing objections; — Write 2 articles for Dzen per week based on club broadcasts; — Write or refine 2-3 funnel scenarios to attract new audiences; — Provide weekly statistics, conclusions, and recommendations based on results.

Remote work, flexible schedule, salary + KPI from sales or percentage of revenue upon achieving results. Details are discussed individually after a trial period. Lots of work, tight deadlines, but all efforts are rewarded.
