Responsibilities: → Select the best trending scenarios for a specific account and niche → Assign tasks to editors clearly, the first time, without revisions → Review videos: engaging hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience → Monitor account growth - understand what works and what to test to achieve growth → Coordinate editors and publishers

Experience of 1 year or more in an SMM agency or Reels agency, or very good freelance case studies - Managed multiple projects simultaneously - Watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst - Ability to set technical specifications and coordinate a team
