Manage content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), another for YouTube long-form. - Research what works and list of ideas - Assign tasks to research team and first draft of script - Manage editors and designers, check edits - Publish, trial reels, and analytics KPIs: attracted clients.

Who we are looking for: - Those who want to become top 1% content experts. We have worked with people from MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and Law By Mike teams, there will be someone to learn from. - Experience not required. Organization, strong research, and ability to finish things are important. Experience in creative agency or marketing is a plus. - Fluent English is required.

Reporting directly to founder and CEO (ex-BCG, led Ozon's non-credit retail business, grew from zero to top-5 in Russia). Remote. Full-time or part-time. Payment in USD, depends on seniority.
