Content Manager

We are looking for a proactive Content Manager to develop content channels (Telegram, email, LinkedIn) for a UX research company, with a focus on metrics and product thinking.

We are looking for an independent content manager who can write lively and interesting texts, explain complex things in simple language, independently find necessary facts, and is not afraid to communicate (including reaching out to new people, conducting interviews, and maintaining dialogue). It is important to understand the connection between content and metrics, regularly analyze results, and propose next steps based on data and observations. We need someone who not just produces materials, but together with the team develops content channels and gradually builds a working content marketing system. We expect proactivity, not a ready-made brief, but a desire to understand the topic yourself, gather context, talk to people, and come with a proposal. For us, content is also a product. Therefore, it is important that you not just make materials, but ask yourself: who needs this, how will we understand that it worked, how to make it work repeatedly. Experience in a product team or near product managers will be a strong plus, but the main thing is that you already think this way. At the start, the main focus is Telegram, email newsletters, and LinkedIn. You need to see problems and growth points, show initiative, test hypotheses, and monitor what changes as a result. Responsibilities: Priority tasks for the first 3 months: Telegram channel: - Analyze and understand what works now and what doesn't - Maintain regular publications and analytics on basic metrics without step-by-step control - Propose and defend a plan for the next quarter: hypotheses, formats, what we test, and what results we expect Email newsletters: - Collect, design, and send emails for newsletters - Analyze results of newsletters by basic metrics LinkedIn: - Maintain regular publications in English (approximately one post per week)

- Ability to deeply understand a topic: research, interviews, independent fact gathering, finding experts, and cold outreach - Ability to write lively, clear, and meaningful texts - Analysis of content metrics: conclusions and next steps - Product thinking in content: understanding why you make each material, how to verify it's needed, and how to build a repeatable system - Experience with B2B content for complex products and long sales cycles - Ability to negotiate: collaborations, placements, and cooperation terms. Calmly conduct negotiations and defend company interests - Ability to work with a content plan, priorities, and regular publications - Experience with Telegram and email newsletters - English B2 for independent work with sources, research, and preparing posts for LinkedIn. Higher level will be an advantage - Must provide examples of published works
