Forever Estates: real estate advisory & brokerage + mortgage brokerage in UAE. Most clients come from content on YouTube and Instagram. Tasks: managing content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), another for YouTube long-form. Research of what's trending, list of ideas. Briefing research team and first draft of scripts. Managing editors and designers, checking edits. Publishing, trial reels, analytics. KPI: number of attracted clients.

We are looking for those who want to become top 1% content experts. We've worked with people from MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and Law By Mike teams. Experience not required. Important: organization, strong research, and ability to follow through. Experience in a creative agency or marketing is a plus. Fluent English is required.

Reporting directly to founder and CEO (ex-BCG, led retail non-credit business at Ozon, grew from zero to top-5 in Russia). Remote, possible relocation to UAE. Full-time or part-time. Payment in USD, depends on seniority.
