Content Manager

Remote Content Manager needed for creating content across social media, digital formats, advertising creatives, and video. Salary $950 first month, $1000 + KPI after.

Create visuals and ad creatives for digital activities; produce and edit short videos for ads and social media; write texts for Telegram, SMS, newsletters, and other channels; manage social networks: come up with topics, create and publish content; develop Telegram channel — topics, posts, visuals; update website content: texts, banners, promotions; adapt content for different platforms and audiences; work with content in Russian and Kazakh; invent new content ideas for marketing activities; monitor content relevance on all platforms.

Experience in SMM, content, digital, or design from 1 year; confident work in Figma, Canva, Photoshop; video editing skills; competent written speech; good visual taste; understanding of SMM and digital marketing; ability to self-organize work and meet deadlines; Kazakh language will be an important advantage.

Fully remote 5/2; $950 in the first month, from the second — $1000 + KPI; many different formats and opportunity to influence the development of digital content.
