AI content agency ICG is looking for a Content Manager to oversee content production for short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok). We are an AI content agency ICG, producing over 10,000 short videos monthly. We create talking-head videos for brands for Reels/Shorts/TikTok and scale production. We work with various industries and clients from CIS to the USA. We are looking for a content manager – a person who will manage content production: → Select the best scripts from trends → Assign tasks to editors – clearly, the first time, without revisions → Review videos (engaging hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience) → Monitor account growth – understand what works and what to test to achieve growth

You are a good fit if: — You have 1+ year of experience in an SMM agency or Reels agency, or very good freelance case studies — You have managed multiple projects simultaneously — You watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst — You know how to set technical specifications and coordinate a team
