We are an AI content agency, ICG, producing over 10,000 short videos monthly. We create talking-head videos for brands for Reels/Shorts/TikTok and scale production. We work with various industries and clients from CIS to the USA. We are looking for a content manager to manage content production: ▫️ Select the best scripts from trends ▫️ Assign tasks to editors – clearly, the first time, without revisions ▫️ Review videos (engaging hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience) ▫️ Monitor account growth – understand what works and what to test to achieve growth

You are a good fit if: ▫️ You have 1+ year of experience in an SMM agency, Reels agency, or very good freelance cases ▫️ You have managed multiple projects simultaneously ▫️ You watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst ▫️ You know how to set tasks and coordinate a team
