Content Manager

Content Manager for short-form and long-form video production, remote, full-time or part-time, USD salary.

Manage content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), another for YouTube long-form. - Research what works and create a list of ideas - Assign tasks to the research team and create first draft of scripts - Manage editors and designers, review edits - Publish, run trial reels, and analyze KPIs: attracted clients.

We are looking for: - Those who want to become a top 1% content expert. We have worked with people from MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and Law By Mike teams, so there will be someone to learn from. - Experience is not required. Organization, strong research skills, and ability to follow through are important. Experience in a creative agency or marketing is a plus. - Fluent English is required.
