Content Manager / Copywriter

UGC Academy is looking for a content manager / copywriter. Remote work, flexible schedule, official registration, fixed rate + bonus for results.

Manage the club's Telegram channel: build a content plan, write posts that engage and lead to sales Write scripts for Reels: search for ideas, references and trends, write scripts Write email newsletters for launches Come up with and implement audience engagement mechanics Analyze reach, applications and sales, propose and test hypotheses

Ability to write texts that not only get likes but also drive purchases Experience in launches Strong content intuition: you can explain why one video went viral and a similar one did not Ability to work with numbers: analyze content and propose hypotheses Understand why each post is published and what result it leads to Experience in the UGC niche or blogger projects will be a plus
