Content Manager / Content Creator

Content manager/creator for Insperia, an online school preparing students for Russian state exams. Create and publish vertical video content for TikTok, Shorts, Reels.

We are Insperia, an online school for preparing for the Unified State Exam (EGE) and Basic State Exam (OGE) with 9 years of experience. We have helped over 28,000 students prepare for exams and annually teach more than 10,000 schoolchildren in key subjects: Russian language, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, biology, and social studies. We are actively growing and are currently looking for a content manager who will create great content. Responsibilities: • Editing vertical content - TikTok / Shorts / Reels • Publishing videos to platforms - TikTok / YouTube / Instagram • Managing the teacher's schedule, publications, and deadlines • Working with files: sorting and transferring source and final files • Writing video scripts • Participating in internal brainstorming and format development • If necessary, creating technical specifications for creatives for the designer • Analyzing the niche and direct competitors on a daily basis • Coming up with awesome content, monitoring effectiveness, and adapting trends to our target audience
