Content Maker

Part-time remote content maker for ZNAT, a Moscow-based intellectual community startup. Create social media content, Reels, and visuals for offline events. Pay discussed at interview.

ZNAT is a young startup in intellectual leisure and urban communities, creating a intimate community in Moscow and hosting offline evenings with invited experts on topics like culture, travel, and music. The project is building a regular audience and developing social media platforms. Responsibilities: independently find interesting topics and facts for publications; come up with content ideas and formats for social media; prepare publications from idea to text and visuals; create ideas and short scripts for Reels and edit them from existing photos and videos; make carousels and other simple visual content; work with event materials and turn them into content; adapt content for different platforms; analyze publication results and suggest improvements.

Good sense of text, visual taste, and cultural awareness; self-reliance — able to propose ideas without waiting for detailed briefs; ability to work with short videos and understand Reels mechanics; interest in urban life and intellectual projects is a big plus. Suitable for a beginner but ambitious specialist who wants to create and experiment. Experience with major brands not required — good taste, competent writing, independence, and desire to grow are more important.

Part-time, remote, flexible schedule. Moscow location is a plus. Payment based on interview results. Opportunity to increase tasks and develop role as ZNAT grows.
