Content Lead / Managing Editor

Cuva is looking for a Content Lead / Managing Editor to create and publish content about unusual hotels in Russia. Remote, hybrid, or office in Moscow. Salary from 150,000 RUB. Requires 3+ years in SMM/content, strong writing, and AI tool proficiency.

We are Cuva. We help people enjoy vacations in unusual hotels in Russia: from transparent spheres in the forest to yurts on the shore of Lake Baikal. We are looking for an author who will come up with and write Cuva materials, adapt them for different platforms, and bring them to publication together with a designer. The main thing in this role is strong writing. Responsibilities: - Write for Telegram and other main platforms: posts, stories, and scripts. For each platform — its own text, not one for all. - Manage email newsletters: come up with topics, write texts, prepare issues, and look at results. - Adapt materials for VK and develop the blog. - Write for advertising campaigns, landing pages, and other client communications if they need the Cuva voice. - Maintain a unified content plan and release of materials. The volume of regular publications and platform priorities are agreed with the founder. Special projects are planned considering this workload. - Assign tasks to the designer, select references, and accept results. - Look at numbers: understand what worked, what didn't, and which hypothesis to test next. - Come up with rubrics, series, and special projects. - Use AI tools for research, ideas, drafts, and routine. The final text and editorial decision remain with you. You will work directly with the founder. There are no subordinates in the role. Next to you will be a designer, marketing team, and a manager for bloggers and partnerships.

We are on the same path if you: - Write strongly and can show three texts you are proud of, indicating what exactly you did in them. - Have worked with SMM and content for at least three years and can manage several platforms simultaneously. - Feel the difference between Telegram, VK, email, and blog. - Plan your work independently, meet deadlines, and notify in advance if a release is at risk. - Can not only write text but also explain what task it solves and by what data you will evaluate the result. - Understand the basics of marketing and use AI as a working tool, but do not give it your authorial voice. Nice to have: experience with travel, lifestyle, or service brands and a genuine interest in traveling in Russia.

What we offer: - From 150,000 RUB. The specific amount depends on experience and skills. - Work directly with the founder and the opportunity to influence the voice and content system of Cuva. - Remote, hybrid, or office format. The office is located in the ARTPLAY area in Moscow: Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, 10с9, near Chkalovskaya metro station. - Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, and 8-hour workday. - Official employment from the first day in an accredited IT company, 28 calendar days of vacation, and paid sick leave. - Compensation of 50% of expenses for education, treatment, or sports, discounts on hotel bookings, and a MacBook for hybrid or office format if needed for work.
