Content Designer for Social Media at LAVA. Remote position. Responsibilities include creating posts, carousels, and video covers for social media. Requires Figma proficiency and experience in serial visual production for social media. Salary range: 75,000 - 90,000 RUB per month.

LAVA is an agency with 7 years of experience in social media, content, and promotion. We have established processes, a team, and many projects. We are looking for someone who can quickly and efficiently produce visuals for social media, maintaining quality under pressure and managing multiple projects. If you prefer long, in-depth work on a single layout, this role may not be for you. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, read on. Tasks: • Posts for social media feeds. • Carousels based on client brief and style. • Covers for short vertical videos. Design work is not complex but voluminous. On average, 8-12 projects per month, with about 50 units per project. Templates, style guides, and processes are already in place; you will integrate into the system, not build it from scratch.

• Figma - confident user, mandatory. • Experience in serial visual production for social media. • Understands the difference between aesthetically pleasing and effective visuals. • Photoshop / Illustrator - a plus.
