Content & Social Media Manager

EPATLOG is hiring a Content & Social Media Manager for a media project about startups, business and ideas. Remote, part-time ~20 hours/week, flexible schedule; Cyprus-based is a plus. Create and edit English content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

EPATLOG is building a media project about startups, business and the ideas shaping them. The goal is to create something people choose to follow for its stories, fresh perspectives and a thoughtful look beyond the hype. Responsibilities: - Help shape editorial approach and content calendar alongside marketing lead - Find topics and credible sources across startups, technology and business - Research, write and edit English-language content - Produce 1-2 original pieces per week, adapting them for LinkedIn and Instagram - Coordinate visuals and manage content publishing - Track content performance and suggest ways to grow the audience

Experience in content creation, editorial work or social media, with a portfolio showing personal contribution Excellent written English and experience writing and editing English-language content Ability to research independently, check facts and explain complex ideas clearly Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally for B2B brands or professional audiences Ability to take a piece from initial idea to publication and manage own workload Nice to have: - Experience with startups, tech companies, business media, VC funds or accelerators - Familiarity with the Cyprus startup ecosystem - Basic video editing or filming skills - Experience growing an audience organically
