Consultants and Analysts

ATK Consulting is hiring consultants and analysts for large business projects. Office in Moscow, business trips across Russia. Requires 1+ year consulting experience, B2 English, MS Office, full-time.

ATK Consulting was founded in 2022 by alumni of Kearney and Big Three. Team of 40 experts with experience in leading Russian and international consulting companies. The company helps solve strategic and operational tasks: digital transformation, cost optimization, and building growth strategies. Focus areas: operational efficiency improvement, operating model design, logistics and procurement, capex. ATK Consulting works with metallurgy and mining, oil and gas, mechanical engineering, retail, FMCG, and agribusiness. What the job offers: participation in digital transformation projects at large industrial enterprises from day one; experience in key sectors of the Russian economy and the opportunity to choose a direction for further development; a team with experience in Big3 and leading consulting companies; an office in Moscow (two minutes from Paveletskaya); business trips to enterprises in various regions of Russia; terms of cooperation are discussed individually with each candidate.

Consultants and analysts with at least one year of experience in consulting. Developed analytical and communication skills. Able to work with data and find solutions through analysis. English at level B2 or higher. Confident MS Office user. Ready to work full-time.

Office in Moscow (two minutes from Paveletskaya). Business trips to enterprises in various regions of Russia. Terms of cooperation are discussed individually with each candidate.
