Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager for capital repair and modernization of retail chain facilities. Requires 5+ years of experience, higher education, knowledge of Russian construction regulations. Hybrid work format, competitive salary with bonuses and social package.

Manage full cycle of works for renovation (capital repair/modernization/reconstruction) of retail chain enterprises: Organize and lead all stages from assessment to project closeout. Prepare technical specifications, scope of works, budgets, and schedules. Obtain and systematize initial data and permits. Negotiate and conclude contracts for surveys, design, construction, equipment supply. Review design documentation, select optimal solutions, and accept design works. Coordinate technical customer actions at all project stages. Conduct technical acceptance of completed works and prepare documentation. Organize meetings with stakeholders and participate in financial closure. Manage warranty period and follow additional instructions within qualifications.

Higher education. 5+ years of experience as a project manager in construction/capital repair (preferably in investor or developer structures). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without quality loss, attention to detail. Knowledge of project management basics, investment project stages, pricing fundamentals. Knowledge of the Russian Urban Planning Code. Knowledge of regulatory documents for construction production, ability to track updates. Willingness to travel for business trips.
