Concept Artist

Concept Artist at OnlineVFX Studio. Develop concept art and photorealistic matte paintings for large-scale film projects. Office in Moscow or remote.

Develop concept art. Create photorealistic matte paintings. Participate in creating the visual style of the frame, interacting with the supervisor and art director. Independently search for and create reference materials.

Ability to quickly understand tasks and work within a given concept. Deep understanding of matte painting creation processes, combining 2D and 3D elements. Experience with shooting data, HDRI, and photogrammetry. Advanced artistic skills with an emphasis on realistic lighting, color, and composition. Understanding of shooting optics and 2D compositing principles. Experience in the VFX industry. Nice to have: Artistic education with an emphasis on photorealism; experience with concept art.
