The Industrial Hub (online campus of HSE University) is looking for a community manager who can not just gather an audience, but launch lively professional communities where experts willingly write, argue, share experience, and return again. Need a person who will help the hub become a place for regular knowledge exchange and a noticeable point of attraction for the industrial community.\nWhat will you do?\n• Launch and develop the community around the Industrial Hub: create conditions where participants themselves engage in discussions and content.\n• Come up with and maintain communication formats that encourage experts to share opinions, cases, and practical experience.\n• Monitor participant engagement, notice what works, and adjust the community communication mechanics.\n• Help the hub remain a lively space for professional exchange, not an announcement feed.\n• Work with the project team and the vacancy author on community development and communications.
