Community Manager

Remote community & social media marketing manager for a game studio. Lead social presence, create marketing assets, grow player community, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance. 5+ years experience required.

Lead and grow social presence across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and more. Create compelling marketing assets - short videos, images, GIFs, devlogs, patch highlights, etc. Build and nurture a healthy, positive community around our games. Engage directly with players, respond to feedback, and facilitate meaningful conversations. Collaborate with developers to plan and execute campaigns around updates, demos, and launches. Track and analyze performance of posts and campaigns to guide future content. Support outreach to influencers, streamers, and press. Maintain a consistent tone, visual identity, and communication style across all channels.

5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management - ideally in PC & console games or entertainment. Strong English writing skills; Spanish or German bilingual is a plus. Ability to produce marketing-ready assets using Canva, AI platforms, Adobe tools, or video editing software. Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices. Comfortable taking ownership, managing priorities, and working independently. Experience with Discord moderation, content creator outreach, or shipping a game is a big advantage. Experience and gameplay time in simulation games, factory sim, strategy, manufacturing, engineering or Sci-fi literature is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork - both onsite and remote collaboration. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines across multiple projects. Creative out of the box problem solver who embraces iteration and experimentation. Passionate about games and player communities, especially simulation titles.
