Space307 is a full-cycle international fintech company with 280+ specialists. We are looking for a Community Manager who will build a vibrant, engaged community around interest, not just a product. Responsibilities: - Analyze where the community "lives" and where it doesn't, and build solutions based on this - Organize the structure: channels, entry points, analytics, growth paths - Develop the user journey: from attraction to the active core and ambassadors - Identify loyal participants and motivate them non-monetarily (status, role, recognition) - Shape the culture: tone, formats, environment where people want to participate and create content - Establish teamwork and synchronization with related departments
Candidate requirements: - 3–5+ years in community management - Experience with communities built on interest and environment, not on product necessity - Understanding the role of community for business: trust, reputation, long-term value - Ability to build a system: from a broad audience → core → ambassadors - Experience with UGC as a system, not one-off promotions - Spoken English from B2+ - Data-driven, focus on results, not on the number of activities - Skill in decomposing goals and explaining decisions Will be a plus: - Experience with international communities (excluding US/EU/UK/AU) - Cases of core or ambassador growth - Gamification, roles, recognition systems - Use of AI for routine automation
