Full cycle of print production design: POSM, magazines, brochures, posters, souvenirs. Creating advertising and web layouts, social media designs. Creating presentations of any complexity. Independent work with contractors for print production: search and selection, budgeting, ordering, and quality control. Refining guidelines and ensuring brandbook compliance across all media and company communications. Working with briefs: creating, briefing clients, verifying results against technical specifications.

Experience in graphic/brand design for 3+ years. Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Confident use of generative AI (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) in workflow. Understanding of marketing fundamentals and product strategy. Understanding of modern design trends, regular reading of professional materials. Ability to work with briefs and internal clients. Portfolio required. Growth areas: motion design, interior design, competitor analysis/benchmarking, basic web design and layout.
