Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Time). Remote or Serbia, Belgrade. Build and manage Proxmox VE and Remote Desktop Services platform, including bare-metal servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities: Select, rent, and manage bare-metal dedicated servers. Install, configure, and maintain Proxmox VE environments. Build secure, high-performing Windows/Linux remote desktop environments for clients. Manage networking, firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and access controls (without AD). Implement backups, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Proxmox VE and virtual machines. Experience with Remote Desktop solutions, Linux, and Windows Server. Solid networking skills (DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, VLANs). Proven track record securing hosted infrastructure and multi-client setups. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ansible/Terraform/scripting, Proxmox HA/Ceph, or web gateways (e.g., Apache Guacamole).
