CI Manager

CI Manager at a large packaging production company in Krasnodar Krai. Drive continuous improvement culture, Lean/CI tools, KPI monitoring. Requires 5+ years production experience, fluent English, competitive salary + bonus.

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy at the enterprise. Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce losses, and improve process stability. Coordinate improvement projects and scale successful practices across production lines. Establish and monitor key production KPIs, analyze deviations, and develop improvement plans. Implement PDCA and other continuous improvement tools. Interact with production and functional department heads during changes. Develop managers' and employees' competencies: training, coaching, and project support. Organize regular control over plan implementation and results achievement. Interact with external consultants and internal experts on efficiency improvement.

Higher technical education. 5+ years of experience at a manufacturing enterprise. Team management experience. Experience implementing operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects. Practical knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement tools. Experience with production KPIs, efficiency indicators, and loss analysis. Understanding of PDCA, root cause analysis, and methods to improve process stability. Experience in training, developing, and coaching managers or production teams. Strong leadership and communication skills, systematic approach, analytical thinking. Fluent English. Nice to have: Experience in packaging, printing, or other serial production. Knowledge of IWS, WCM, TPM, or other operational efficiency systems. Experience with OEE, MTBF, and other production metrics. Experience in digitalization of production processes.
