Voicebook publishing house is looking for a Children's Literature Editor. Responsibilities include project approval, launching new book directions, and managing publication details. Requires 5+ years of experience in book publishing and knowledge of the children's literature market. Full-time, office-based in Moscow.

Approve projects, launch new book directions, approve design and printing parameters of publications, budgets, cover texts, print runs, prices. Participate in promotion events.

Experience in book publishing over 5 years; Knowledge of the foreign and Russian children's literature market: assortment, genres, trends; Knowledge of printing and editorial and publishing aspects, ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships; Basics of copyright and related rights; Independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team, ability to give and receive feedback.

Full-time employment, full working day, office work (Moscow); Employment according to the Labor Code with compensation for sick leave and vacation, salary: discussed with the candidate.
