Chief Product Analyst

Getmatch Agency is hiring a Chief Product Analyst for a remote or Moscow-based role, focusing on A/B testing and data architecture.

Experience as a head of analytics or a strong analyst with a focus on A/B testing. Deep understanding of statistics: power, MDE, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, sequential and Bayesian approaches. Proficient in SQL, Python, BI tools, understanding of ETL/ELT and data architecture. Experience working under business constraints, compliance, and sensitive data. Developed communication, facilitation, and stakeholder expectation management skills.
