Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CFO role at PaySky, leading financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and commercial finance in the payments/fintech sector, based in UAE/Egypt.

What you’ll lead: • Financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. • Accounting, consolidated reporting, audits, tax, and internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions. • Treasury, liquidity, working capital, foreign exchange exposure, and banking relationships. • Commercial finance: pricing, contract economics, revenue recognition, project profitability, and recurring revenue. • Fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence.

What we’re looking for: • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leader. • Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking technology, enterprise software, or a closely related sector. • A proven record of scaling a profitable business across multiple markets. • Deep knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and audit management. • Strong understanding of payments economics, transaction-based revenue, software licensing, implementation projects, and SaaS business models.
