Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This is a unique opportunity to lead finance simultaneously in a regulated bank and a group of fintech companies, responsible for strategy, financial control, treasury, capital, and transformation of the finance function. — Management of finances of the bank and fintech directions — IFRS, regulatory reporting, and interaction with supervisory authorities — Treasury, ALM, capital, and liquidity — Building a unified financial model and group consolidation — Participation in the strategic development of a fast-growing ecosystem

Experience as CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance in a bank or regulated financial organization, deep expertise in IFRS and regulatory reporting, experience managing a multi-structure business. English communication skills required (working proficiency level).
