Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Finance Director (CFO) in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Responsible for building and transforming the financial function, management reporting, automation in 1C/ERP, liquidity management, and interaction with banks.

Main tasks: • Building and transforming the financial function; • Development of management reporting: P&L, CF, balance sheet, plan-fact; • Optimization and automation of accounting in 1C / ERP; • Management of liquidity, financial flows, and working capital; • Interaction with banks and preparation for attracting financing.

We are looking for you if: • 5+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance; • Experience in building or deep transformation of the financial function; • Strong experience in accounting automation and 1C implementation; • Worked in companies with high turnover, preferably in logistics, retail, or manufacturing; • Experience in interaction with owners and top management.
