Chief Expert in Product Development of Plastics and Organic Synthesis

Manage R&D project portfolio for plastics and organic synthesis products, focusing on mining and manufacturing industries. Location: Moscow, Skolkovo.

Manage a portfolio of R&D projects for developing brand assortment, search and development of product applications in solid mineral extraction and processing industry segments. Control milestones, deadlines and budgets for mining and metallurgy (M&M) project portfolio. Form orders for applied R&D centers for development and testing of company products for M&M, set goals for projects based on business and production requests. Interact with Product Leaders, project managers, and R&D center responsible for development/optimization of brand assortment in M&M portfolio; control pilot testing of M&M projects on production capacities. Develop external partnerships for testing and creation of final materials based on company products to support project execution.

Experience with reagents for extraction and enrichment. Knowledge of technical characteristics, consumer properties of organic synthesis products and laboratory equipment for their determination. Understanding of value chain and requirements in solid mineral extraction and processing industry (from raw materials to finished product sale and further development). Knowledge of brand assortment and competitive landscape. Proficiency in research methods in petrochemistry using SIBUR products. Experience in developing new grades of organic synthesis products or developing their applications. Project management skills. Willingness to frequent business trips.
