– Create online courses for employees and managers of accounting departments of large companies — from idea to finished educational product; – Work with expert practitioners: chief accountants, auditors, tax consultants and other specialists; – Be ready not only to edit and refine experts' materials, but to create program content from scratch; – Conduct expert interviews, extract the main points from a large volume of professional information and turn it into understandable educational material; – Develop and edit programs, lessons, video lectures, practical tasks, cases, simulators, memos, templates and tests; – Ensure that training is built around real work situations, rather than retelling theory or regulations; – Update programs and changes in accounting and tax practice; – Collect and analyze feedback from students and key learning metrics: completion rate, view-through rate, test results; – Interact with the marketing team: write newsletters, materials for landing pages, presentations and other texts to promote the product among the target audience.

– Practical experience in accounting. We need a person who knows the work of an accountant from the inside, understands accounting processes, professional terminology, typical tasks and challenges of specialists.; – Experience in creating educational programs or online courses. It is important to be able to independently develop a training program: determine the result, build the structure, select formats for presenting material, practical tasks and methods of knowledge assessment; – Ability to understand complex professional information, highlight the main points and explain material in clear language without loss of accuracy, work with experts: conduct interviews, ask substantive questions, check the logic of the material and turn expert knowledge into structured educational material; – High demands on the reliability of information and ability to work with regulatory and professional sources.
