Company Klerk.ru, the largest online media for accountants and entrepreneurs, is looking for a Chief Editor to take over content management and audience interaction on our website. Responsibilities: — Content management: development and implementation of content strategy to increase traffic and user engagement. — Managing the editorial team and experts: coordinating the work of editors, correspondents, and experts, planning editorial policy, and monitoring task completion. — Managing site tools: developing functionality (reference information, calendars, regulatory documents, and services for accountants and entrepreneurs). — Audience management: working with user comments, moderation, and developing community activity. — Analytics and reports: regular monitoring of site metrics (traffic, engagement, comments, conversions), preparing reports and suggestions for improvements. — Interaction with other departments: collaborating with marketing, development, and commercial departments to achieve common goals.

— Experience managing a large content site with a high audience. — Successful experience in content management for at least 3 years. — Skills in managing an editorial team and interacting with authors, correspondents, and experts. — Successful experience with an active audience, including managing comments and user activity. — Ability to analyze and improve user experience (UX). — Knowledge of modern analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.). — Organizational skills and team management experience. — Experience with B2B audiences or specialized media is a plus.
