— Develop brand design concepts and seasonal collections considering target audience and price segment. — Form assortment matrix together with commercial department. — Analyze trends and competitors, prepare moodboards. — Create sketches and technical drawings, select materials, hardware and prints. — Prepare technical specifications, set tasks for designers and technologists, coordinate development until sample approval and handover to production. — Participate in fittings, agree on adjustments and control their implementation. — Plan development, control deadlines and build processes together with related departments.

— Experience in developing children's clothing and launching collections into production. — Portfolio with works in the children's segment. — Understanding of age-specific features, requirements for fit, comfort and safety of children's clothing. — Knowledge of construction principles, sewing technology, properties of materials and hardware. — Experience in setting tasks for designers and technologists, evaluating samples and controlling revisions. — Ability to combine design, quality, cost and production capabilities. — Knowledge of the children's clothing market and developed aesthetic awareness. — Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
