Chief Analyst NBO

MTS Bank is hiring a Chief Analyst NBO for remote/hybrid work. Responsibilities include Power BI reporting, SQL, A/B tests, analyzing sales campaigns and data science models. 2+ years experience required.

Develop reporting to analyze the effect of implementing models that optimize secondary sales processes Analyze the impact of external/internal factors on the effect of sales campaigns Analyze business processes to identify growth areas from applying data science models Develop regular reporting in Power BI Analyze pilot effect Develop technical specifications for creating data marts, monitor task completion

Technical/mathematical/economic education Confident SQL skills (including writing procedures and functions; experience with Oracle DB is a plus) Experience developing reports in BI tools Experience conducting A/B tests, setting hypotheses, checking statistical significance, formulating conclusions 2+ years of experience in data analysis (banking domain is a big plus, technology consulting is a plus)
