Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant (holding) at Mirowaya Tekhnika, full-time, office in Saratov or Krasnodar. Manage accounting for 5+ legal entities, consolidate reporting, automate 1C, lead team of 10+.

Role: Chief Accountant for managing accounting processes in a group of companies (more than 5 legal entities). Key tasks: build a unified accounting policy, implement consolidation of reporting under RAS and internal control system, automate accounting in 1C (goal to reduce routine by at least 70%), manage import operations and accounting team (10+ employees). Important: control reporting deadlines, interaction with banks and tax authorities, support audits. Responsibilities (briefly): - Organize unified accounting and consolidation of reporting in the holding, set up accounting for intra-group turnovers. - Build an internal control system and regulations for closing periods. - Manage import operations, minimize customs and currency risks. - Lead a distributed team of accountants, implement KPIs and training. - Automate accounting processes in 1C, write technical specifications, monitor implementation of solutions. - Interact with banks (covenants, credit lines), tax authorities and auditors. - Coordinate work of chief accountants of business units.

Experience as chief accountant for at least 6 years in a holding/group of companies (revenue from 5 billion RUB/year), managing a team of 10+ people. Deep knowledge of RAS, tax and currency legislation. Practical experience in full cycle of import operations and accounting for exchange rate differences. Experience in automating accounting processes, confident command of 1C: Enterprise 8 (preferably BIT, Alpha-Auto), EDI, integration with banking services. Confident Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large data arrays). Skills in managing a distributed team, implementing standards and KPIs. Systematic thinking, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines.

Income level is discussed after the interview (considering candidate's expectations). Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, white salary, social package.
