We are looking for not just a chief accountant, but a head of the accounting service who will ensure the financial security of the company, build a strong accounting system, and become a reliable partner for the owner. About the company: Production enterprise. Turnover about 500 million RUB. 80 employees. 1 LLC (OSNO) and 2 individual entrepreneurs (USN). Import and export. Accounting department - 5 employees. 1C ERP, 1C Accounting, 1C ZUP, EDI. What to do: 1. Lead the accounting service and be responsible for its results. 2. Organize impeccable accounting, tax, and production accounting. 3. Control cost calculation and correctness of production operations. 4. Support import and export transactions. 5. Control VAT, tax obligations, and compliance with legislation. 6. Interact with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and counterparties. 7. Develop automation and efficiency in 1C ERP. 8. Identify financial, tax, and legal risks in advance and propose solutions.

1. Successful experience as a chief accountant at a production enterprise. 2. Worked with OSNO, foreign economic activity, import and export. 3. Able to manage an accounting team. 4. Confident in 1C ERP (experience from 2 years), 1C Accounting, and ZUP. 5. Takes responsibility, does not hide problems, and can work in a team.
