Chief Accountant in IT company, Moscow, from 250,000 RUB/month, full-time, office-based.

Urgent vacancy for candidates with mandatory IT experience. Responsibilities: — Organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting for several legal entities on various taxation systems (OSNO, USN 6%); — Preparation and submission of tax and accounting reports; — Preparation and submission of reports to funds; — Payroll calculation (salary, vacations, sick leaves, etc.); — Verification of primary documents; — Verification of availability and correctness of reflection in 1C of primary documents for receipt of goods and services, work on requesting primary documents; — Control over operations of sales of services and payments for them; — Work with bank-client (statements and payment orders); — Reconciliation with budget; — Processing advance reports; — Review of contracts; — Interaction with counterparties and company employees on financial matters.

— Professional education, at least 5 years of experience as chief accountant/deputy chief accountant in a company with at least 15 employees; — Knowledge of all areas of accounting and tax accounting; — Confident user of 1C Accounting 8.3, ZUP, Word, Excel; — Experience in IT company (calculation of % IT revenue, IT benefits); — Experience with OSNO and USN; — Experience with multiple legal entities; — Experienced user of 1C BP and ZUP; — Experience in maintaining all areas of accounting and tax accounting; — Knowledge of Russian legislation; — Experience in preparing accounting and tax reports under OSNO and USN, reports to funds; — Experience in submitting electronic reports; — Ability to work in multitasking environment; — Ability to interact with the team to solve tasks effectively.
