Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant position at Larte Del Bello LLC, wholesale cosmetics and foreign trade, Moscow, salary from 250,000 RUB per month, full-time, office-based.

Larte Del Bello LLC is engaged in wholesale trade of decorative cosmetics and foreign economic activity (import/export). Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining accounting and tax records for group units, developing methodology and controlling all accounting areas, monitoring goods movement and cost formation, controlling primary documentation, supporting foreign trade operations (customs, currency control, customs declarations), ensuring data exchange between 1C:UNF and 1C:Accounting, closing reporting periods, preparing and submitting accounting, tax and statistical reports, interacting with tax authorities, banks, auditors, customs and other regulatory bodies, tax planning and risk minimization, participating in automation and improvement of accounting procedures, and leading the accounting team.

Higher economic/financial education; at least 4 years of experience as chief accountant or deputy chief accountant in a trading company; deep knowledge of Russian accounting and tax legislation; experience in foreign trade: import, customs clearance, currency control; experience with production and marketplaces; attention to detail, systematic approach, high responsibility; experience in setting up and automating accounting in a growing company, configuring correct data exchange between accounting systems and eliminating discrepancies.

Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, probation period 3 months. Schedule 5/2, 09:00–18:00. Office: currently at Volokolamskoye Shosse, 89 (Tushinskaya metro).
