Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant position at ANT-Expert-Audit LLC in Saint Petersburg, full-time, on-site. Responsibilities include accounting, tax reporting, and internal audit.

Organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with current legislation; preparation of accounting, tax, and statistical reports for internal and external users; organizing accounting of funds, inventory, and fixed assets; calculation of main taxes (VAT, profit tax, transport tax, property tax); maintaining settlements with the budget; forming accounting policies; participating in economic analysis; organizing and conducting internal audit; reflecting operations on accounting accounts; maintaining database of accounting information; preparing documents for financial monitoring of banks; conducting credit and leasing operations; maintaining separate accounting for projects; forming cost of investment assets; interaction with regulatory authorities; passing desk tax audits.

Higher financial and economic education and at least 5 years of managerial experience in the specified position; knowledge of transaction processing and document flow organization; knowledge of methods of economic analysis; knowledge of procedures for receiving, posting, storing, and spending funds and inventory; knowledge of rules for settlements with debtors and creditors; knowledge of procedures for writing off shortages, receivables, and other losses; knowledge of procedures and deadlines for preparing balance sheets and reports; knowledge of taxation conditions for legal entities and individuals; experience with contracts under Federal Law 275 is an advantage (training possible if no experience).

Probation period - 6 months. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Health insurance (DMS); corporate lunches; salary discussed with successful candidate at interview.
