CFO / Financial Director

CFO / Financial Director position in Kazakhstan (Almaty / Astana). Requires 10+ years in finance, 5+ years as CFO or senior role in investment banking, project finance, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance. Salary discussed individually.

Leading the financial function and team in a company in Kazakhstan. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management. Deep knowledge of IFRS, tax accounting, audit, and internal controls required.

At least 10 years of experience in finance; minimum 5 years as CFO / Financial Director or in a leadership role in Investment Banking, Project Finance, Private Equity, Asset Management, or a large corporate financial function; mandatory experience managing financial function and team; experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury; deep knowledge of IFRS, tax accounting, audit, and internal control systems.
