CFO / Financial Director (Fintech / Crypto) with Treasury Functions

CFO for fintech/crypto with treasury functions. Remote/hybrid/office. 10+ years in finance, 5+ as CFO. Experience with licenses, investments, blockchain.

Responsible for finance, licensing, investments, regulator, compliance, and managing client money flow: liquidity, movement, safety, anti-fraud, separation from corporate funds. Build the system from scratch, work hands-on, be transparent.

10+ years in finance, 5+ years as CFO/Financial Director. Experience in fintech/payments/crypto/exchange/banking. Experience obtaining licenses and interacting with regulators. Experience attracting investments (rounds, investors, due diligence). Experience building financial function and team from scratch. Understanding of liquidity, reserves, limits, reconciliation. Knowledge of blockchain and crypto transfers. Understanding of fraud risks and control methods. Excel/BI, ERP/treasury systems - plus. Russian - fluent, English - C1+. Discipline, transparency, accountability, teamwork with CEO.
