Develop financial strategy with CEO Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts Analyze P&L, Cash Flow, unit economics, and key metrics Control revenue, expenses, and financial plan execution Provide financial support for a group of companies in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Mexico, and the USA

Experience in financial consulting: Big4, Big3, Accenture, or leading local companies 2-4 years of experience as Financial Analyst, FP&A, Finance Manager, or similar Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and management analytics Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology companies is a plus English – B2+
