CEO for an international group in crypto/fintech/payments. Full remote (CET ±3). Owns full P&L, strategy, operations, and manages GMs, CFO, HRD, Legal, Compliance. B2B contract.

International group of companies. Products: - Crypto Processing (high-risk verticals, on/off-ramp, settlement) - Global Treasury (multi-currency treasury accounting, fiat/stablecoin settlements) - Technology Platform (proprietary SaaS platform) Role: first person in the group with full responsibility for P&L, strategic development, and operational results across all business lines. Tasks: - Full P&L management of the group, strategy, and operations - Replace the founder in day-to-day management - Lead three General Managers, CFO, HRD, Legal, Compliance - Scale existing business and launch new directions - Develop B2B relationships with institutional clients - Participate in business trips, meetings, conferences Key focus: revenue and profitability growth, operational efficiency, new business opportunities.

Experience managing at CEO / MD level in international FinTech / payments / crypto / EMI. FinTech / Payments / Crypto / EMI experience is strictly required. Experience managing multiple businesses / jurisdictions. Understanding of regulation (EMI, MiCA, CASP). Fluent English. Willingness to travel.

B2B contract. 28 working days of vacation, sick leave (up to 30 days), UK calendar holidays. Full remote (CET ±3).
