CEO of Advertising Network
Advertising network with $5M+ turnover seeks a leader to head a team of 120 specialists. The goal is to stabilize and scale profits by implementing data-driven decisions, optimizing marketing funnels, and enhancing the auction technology engine. Responsibilities include financial health, marketing audit and restart, product transformation, operational excellence, and change leadership.
Advertising network with $5M+ turnover and ambitious goals for high profitability is looking for a leader to head a team of 120 highly effective specialists and turn us into a benchmark of efficiency in the AdTech industry. Your mission: Stabilize and scale the project's profit by implementing a culture of data-driven decision-making, optimizing the marketing funnel, and completing the auction technology engine. Key tasks: • Financial Health (Profit First): Working with P&L and Unit Economics. Your goal is to increase Gross Profit per Head (GPpH) and net profitability. • Marketing Audit and Restart: Transitioning from "buying turnover at any cost" to strict ROAS control (Last Non-Direct Click model). • Stopping unprofitable channels and scaling profitable ones. • Product Transformation: Completing the implementation of auction algorithms (CPA Goal, Smart-CPM) and anti-fraud systems. Synchronizing technologies between holding brands. • Operational Excellence: Managing a compact team (Span of Control 1:8+). Maintaining a high pace of feature development and delivery (TTM). • Change Leadership: Forming a strong corporate culture in a team of 120 people, working with motivation (OKR) and focusing on results.
Who we are looking for: • AdTech Expert: You have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising market (RTB, SSP/DSP) and know how an advertising network works "under the hood". • Data-Driven Leader: You don't believe reports without attribution verification. You know how to read cohort analysis and find anomalies in Churn Rate. • Efficiency Geek: You are a proponent of flat structures. You know how to say "no" to unnecessary features and processes for the sake of speed and profit. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in CEO/COO positions in AdTech or high-load Performance projects.
