MBANK (MInvest) is looking for a strong CEO with product thinking to lead an investment company. Focus on business development, product, and scaling investment. Full-time, office-based with relocation to Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek). Salary is negotiable.

We are looking for a strong CEO with product thinking to lead the investment company MInvest. The team is already formed - the role focuses on business development, product, and scaling the investment direction. Responsibilities: • Formation and implementation of the investment business development strategy; • Full responsibility for P&L, product, financial, and operational indicators; • Formation of the product strategy and management of investment product development; • Launch and scaling of investment and digital solutions; • Management of teams: product, development, analytics, marketing; • Growth of key metrics (AUM, active investors, profitability, revenue); • Development of monetization models for investment products; • Interaction with regulators; • Improvement of user experience and investment funnels; • Management of managers and key specialists; • Market analysis and search for growth points.

• Experience as CEO / Head of Product / Product Lead; • Mandatory relevant experience in investments / brokerage products / fintech; • Experience in launching and developing products or business areas; • Proven experience in growing product, audience, and revenue; • Deep understanding of unit economics and monetization; • Experience managing cross-functional teams; • Strong strategic and product thinking; • Willingness to relocate to Kyrgyzstan and work in the office.
